Onze klant is een geotechnisch ingenieursbureau met ongeveer 200 medewerkers. Het werkterrein beslaat het uitvoeren van bodemonderzoek en het uitbrengen van geotechnische adviezen ten behoeve van de offshore industrie en internationale land- en kustprojecten. Voor dit doel ontwikkelt zij tevens onderzoeksapparatuur voor gebruik door diverse dochterbedrijven en werkmaatschappijen waarmee voor internationale projecten nauw wordt samengewerkt.

Fugro Survey is a dynamic company involved in specialist projects for the positioning of vessels, collection and interpretation of offshore data using acoustic equipment etc. The working area consists of Western Europe, West and Southern Africa, and the Former Soviet Union.

Position
The Commercial Secretary is responsible for completing the tasks as set by the Commercial Manager a/o:


Maintain the Company Client filing system ·
Maintain the Company Client Data Base ·
Assist with organising marketing visits and overseas marketing trips ·
Assist with tender paperwork and submissions
Prepare, copy and collate data for tender, i.e. CV Prepare marketing material, promotional material and presentations
Assist with general office duties as required, especially general secretarial cover

Position requirements
MBO Level
Min. 3 year secretarial experience ·
English language (written, spoken) ·
Dutch language (written, spoken) ·
Knowledge of software in use (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ·
Accurate and flexible ·
Stress resistant ·
Start Date: ASAP: fulltime, possibility of permanent contract
