Beschrijving functie

What will be your contribution as a Firmware Architect?

The Firmware Architect will contribute to the ongoing growth in development and engineering, by developing and validating the firmware architecture and executing projects with electronics development partners.

As a Firmware Architect, you are responsible for:
- Supporting system architecture decisions such as functional decomposition and deployment
- Developing and validating firmware architecture and conceptual designs
- Specification of firmware designs and supervising the implementation
- Leading firmware outsourcing projects from specification to integration
- Documenting specifications, firmware architecture and validation test results
- Maintaining a network of best in class electronics development and engineering partners for firmware development

Your profile
- Technical Master Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in firmware architecture and firmware design and verification, preferably for electronic control systems for high-end equipment and/or products, in multidisciplinary development teams
- Team player, analytical, pragmatic, creative
- Good communication skills and proficient in English and preferably in Dutch.
